　　指在生产过程中，在某一工作中心等待处理的那些作业。当队列增大时，平均提前期及在制品库存也将增大。
　　Queue Time——排队时间
　　工作开始之前，作业在某一工作中心等待的时间。排队时间是整个生产提前中的一部分，排队时间的增加会导致生产提前期的增加。
