根据GARP官方规定，FRM报名证件具体要求为：

Be prepared to present an original,non-expired passport or driver’s license for admission.

The name on your admission ticket needs to exactly match the name on your passport or driver’s license.

参加FRM考试请准备出示一份未过期的护照或驾照原件。您准考证上的姓名需要与您的护照或驾照上的姓名完全匹配。

即考生可以选择使用信用卡、支票或者电汇的方式进行支付FRM报名费。对于我国考生而言选择信用卡支付比较适合，其它方式支付还需要手续费。
