　　FACS（Foreign Academic Credentials Service，Inc）为美国最悠久的评估机构之一，成立于1982年。从认可度来说，认可FACS的州还是比较多的，评估费用相对较低，一般在$100-$200之间。从评估时间上来看，FACS需要2到3个月，这也成为了一些考生放弃选择该评估机构的重要原因。
　　然而现在，FACS在评估上增加了加急服务，这对考生而言无疑是一个福音。考生在评估时需提供完整的学历资料并完成评估申请表格的填写，在费用选择上勾选自己所需要的加急服务，缴纳所要求的费用。FACS在收到考生的加急服务申请时，会在48小时之内受理，但考生需要注意的是，邮寄评估报告的时间是不包含在加急服务时间内的，考生可在评估申请表格中进行选择邮寄方式。
　　此外，若考生提供的学历资料不完整，FACS将不会继续提供加急服务了，并会退回已邮寄的资料，扣除加急处理费用的25%。考生若还选择用加急服务需重新缴纳加急费用并邮寄学历资料。考生一旦选择加急服务，就意味着要接受加急服务的政策要求。表格填写和英文要求如下：

　　Rush Services are offered on the application form for *uation.  Rush Services begin upon receipt and approval of all required documents， application forms and fee payments.  Applications with rush service requested are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt.  Mailing time is not included in rush service time frame.  Mailing options may be selected on the form.
　　If additional information is required to complete the *uation， and it cannot be provided within the time frame for rush services， we will place the application in the regular processing queue and refund the rush service fee， minus a processing fee. The processing fee is 25% of the rush service fee. If selecting Rush Service， you must initial that you accept this policy on the application form.
