To manage the company’s financial accounting, reporting and control activities across the company (and its subsidiaries) and to ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with best practice.

· Responsible for ensuring all purchase invoices and employees’ reimbursement are paid on time in accordance with the policies. Final approver for all payments
· Review and approve all journal entries for accuracy.
· Manage monthly closing process.
· Manage monthly internal reporting package.
· Responsible for taxes filing and related issues.
· Continuously drive tax savings projects.
· Ensure all statutory requirements for the company are met on time
· Manage the preparation and reporting processes for payroll.
· Responsible to accurately record and safe guard the companies’ fixed assets.
· Responsible for statutory audit, maintain a positive working relationship with the auditors.
· Review and approve purchase orders.
· Through effective planning, ensure that the company and its subsidiaries have sufficient funds to meet its capital purchase and operating expenses.
· Manage the company’s bank accounts.
· Provide support, guidance and training to colleagues with financial issues.
· Other responsibilities include ad hoc reports as requested by management, support business partners with budgeting and forecasting exercise and import/export issues etc.
Key Requirements:
Extremely High integrity and work ethics.
Ability to ensure internal control and compliance across the company and its subsidiaries.
Extensive experience on various finance and accounting functions in technology industry
Sound and up to date understanding of PRC GAAP, good knowledge of IFRS. CPA strongly preferred.
Excellent Excel skills, experience with Kingdee and SAP a plus.
Excellent budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills.
Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese
Solid understanding of foreign currency control policies.
Understanding Revenue recognition rules
Ability to translate legal contracts into financial data.
Familiar with statutory audit.
Strong knowledge on various tax laws.
Working knowledge of complex import/export procedures.
