　　Push for More Effective AIT
　　Last fiscal, an independent panel confirmed for the third time the right of qualified CGAs to practise public accounting anywhere in Canada. With that historic victory behind it, the Association continued to push for improvements to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) to address barriers to interprovincial trade. A strong economic union is an important pre-condition for international trade agreements and an effective AIT is essential to developing a robust economy.
