　　Payment can be made in Canadian Currency  by one of the following 2 methods:
 
　　In Canadian Currency (CAD)
 
　　1.VISA or Master Card
　　On the application form, please provide the listed information.
　　Credit Card Number
　　Credit Card Expiry Date (MM/YY)
　　Cardholder’s Printed Name
　　Cardholder’s handwriting signature
 
　　Note: This is very important and necessary for effective authorization. Be lacking of the signature, your payment along with the relevant application would be rejected.
　　Please FAX or Email the scan copy of application form to your regional office.
　　Credit card payments are subject to approval by credit card authorization. If the credit card payment failure occurs, you must solve the problem within 7 days after being informed by CGA office. Otherwise, a declined credit card authorization will terminate your application and you will not be enrolled in the courses you selected. Please contact your CGA office, if there is any problem.
 
　　2.Personal Cheque or Money Order

　　Brossard, QC J4X 2P2 Canada
　　Please send the original Personal Cheque or Money Order to your local representation offices. If there's any problem, please contact your CGA office first.
