F4考试在2014年12月将有较大的变化，F4将不再能够作为获得牛津布鲁克斯大学应用会计理学士学位 (OBU BSc Degree)的英语证明。当然，学生还是有很多其他途径(例如IELTS, TOEFL，CET-6等)证明其英语水平。
　　高顿财经ACCA研究院赵院长指出：对于中国学生，比较常见的几个可以作为英语证明的考试及相应的要求如下：
　　1. CET-6：College English Test – Band 6, China (CET-6) – minimum mark of 400
　　2. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
　　Minimum acceptable scores:
　　Paper based exam - 500
　　Computer based exam - 173
　　Internet based test - 79
　　Additional note re TOEFL 22/03/2014
　　ACCA was informed of updated requirements with regards to TOEFL. The new
　　requirements are:
　　87 overall with a minimum of 22 in reading and writing, 20 in listening and 23 in
　　speaking.
　　The TOEFL internet based test certificate in valid for 2 years.
　　3. IELTS (International English Language Testing System) conducted by the British Council, University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate and International Development Program of Australian Universities and College: providing grade 6.5 or higher (i.e. 7, 8, 9) overall has been obtained with a breakdown of 6.0 in reading and writing and 5.5 in listening and speaking.
