Furthermore, as the Institute sends renewal notices by email and by post, and keeps posting reminders in the e-circular, failure to receive renewal notices caused by change of mailing address or not knowing the renewal date cannot be accepted as grounds for applying for waiver from paying the administration charge required for restoration applications.
