　　说明
　　1．本许可证由主管机关在海底电缆或管道铺设施工三十天前签发；
　　2．本许可证正本由海底电缆或管道所有者持有，副本由海底电缆或管道铺设工程的施工单位持有。Direction
　　1．The　Competent　Authority　issue　the　permit　30days　before　the　 plannedlaying　of　submarine　cables　or　 pipesput　into　operation．
　　2．The　owner　of　submarine　cables　or　pipes　hold　the　original　of　the　per－mit，the　operators　of　submarine　cabl－es or　pipes　hold　its　duplicate．
