　　Last fall, PD Net launched ON24, a webcast streaming platform that allows members to learn and connect with peers in a highly interactive setting. Using group chats, Q&As and feedback widgets, PD Net webcasts offer participants a rich online learning experience.
 
　　Email communications were redesigned to become more value-driven and engaging by providing members with updates and information about PD Net products. The emails include accounting news, career tips, special offers, and presenter profiles to complement PD Net’s extensive line of online professional development opportunities.
 
　　PD Net further enhanced, marketed and promoted the Personal Tax Planning 2012-13 book in print, in PDF on the PD Net website, and in e-book on Kobo and Indigo. The book was distributed across Canada and promoted through university tax clinics, post offices, libraries and giveaways to radio shows.
 
　　PD Net’s Tax Portal is a one-stop resource for tax information in Canada. Designed for CGAs and other business professionals, the portal features a calendar with key filing deadlines, online professional development opportunities, essential tax resources, tips, tax-related news, and a link to the Need an Accountant website.
 
　　The PD Net website was updated to further enhance the user experience by improving the registration experience of non-CGAs. Furthermore, some of the most visited PD Net pages were redesigned to become more functional and engaging to members.
