If a student withdraws from a course two weeks prior to the course start date a full or partial refund or credit may apply. If the course fee was paid in CAD, the refundable amount will be held in the student’s account for future use. While the course fee was paid in RMB and an official invoice is not yet required, the refundable amount may be returned to student according to his/her request. A refund or credit will not be processed if notice of withdrawal from a course reaches the regional or representation CGA office after Monday of the 4th week of the course duration. (See Important Dates Schedule below).

Course materials and software are not returnable or refundable. The *uation fee, transfer credit fees, new student entrance fee, annual basic tuition fee, supplemental/deferral fee, administration fee are non-refundable.
