Sharp & Co., CPAs, was engaged by Radar Corp. to audit its financial statements. Sharp issued an unqualified opinion on Radar’s financial statements. Radar has been accused of making negligent misrepresentations in the financial statements which Wisk relied upon when purchasing Radar stock.
