| Lazur Corp. agreed to purchase 100 radios from Wizard Suppliers, Inc. Wizard is a wholesaler of small home appliances and Lazur is an appliance retailer. The contract required Wizard to ship the radios to Lazur by common carrier, “FOB Wizard Suppliers, Inc. Loading Dock.”Under the UCC Sales Article, A. Lazur would have the right to reject any shipment if Wizard fails to notify Lazur that the goods have been shipped. B. Wizard must pay the freight expense associated with the shipment of the radios to Lazur. C.
